These Terms of Service govern your use of julconsulting.com and any products or services offered by Jackson’s Unlimited Learning Lab LLC (“JÜL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital resources, when offered, are delivered electronically through the checkout or delivery provider identified at purchase. Product descriptions, included files, prices, and delivery details shown at checkout form part of your purchase.

LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use or use in a single classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, upload to a shared drive or public platform, claim authorship of, or commercially reproduce JÜL materials. Schoolwide, district, or organizational use requires a separate license or written permission.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout. Because digital files cannot be returned, digital-product sales are generally final except where required by law or where the product page states a different policy. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact jackson@julconsulting.com so we can help resolve the technical issue.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, original text, graphics, branding, and digital resources are owned by Jackson’s Unlimited Learning Lab LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase or use of this site.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse download links and digital files.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site may use third-party services for hosting, forms, payment, or delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
