Meet Gail Jackson, LPN, B.B.A., M.A., M.S.

Gail Jackson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Jackson’s Unlimited Learning Lab LLC (JÜL). She is a Licensed Practical Nurse, biology educator, instructional coach, curriculum designer, author, former clinical unit manager, academy leader, and restorative-practice coach with experience across healthcare, education, workforce training, operations, and leadership.

Gail earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Systems Management from Metropolitan College of New York. Her combination of clinical judgment, classroom practice, teacher leadership, curriculum development, and operational experience allows her to create practical solutions for schools, healthcare organizations, government agencies, colleges, and workforce programs.

Through JÜL, Gail supports MTSS and school improvement, instructional coaching, classroom management, teacher mentoring, biology and CTE curriculum, professional development, webinars, healthcare and workforce training, facilitator guides, institutional resources, and implementation systems. Her work helps organizations turn complex needs into clear programs people can teach, use, and sustain.
